Marketing Project Coordinator

The Marketing Project Coordinator, ensures successful planning, tracking and project execution in support of company objectives. The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic market environment and act as a key point of contact within the marketing team.
  • Coordinate project management decisions that comply with the PSI vision and targets.
  • Keep Marketing Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may negatively impact client relations.
  • Attend project meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
  • Coordinating marketing initiatives and projects (e.g. written web content, print collateral, and special projects).
  • Prepare progress reports and status updates on a weekly/monthly basis for assigned tasks and initiatives.
  • Responsible for coordinating marketing/digital activities as assigned based on key initiatives and strategies
  • Supported product sales and launches by coordination of product launch materials, promotional materials, initiating product training, developing sales support tools and making pricing recommendations
  • Duties include coordinating internal copyright, newsletter, and website product pages.
  • Coordinate marketing objectives with the Sales Team
  • Maintain, organize, and develop workflow calendar
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team responsible for corporate communications
  • 1 - 2 years of progressive marketing and project management experience
  • A college/University diploma in business/marketing field preferred. Postgraduate certificates are considered an asset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills - Proven ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple ongoing tasks, and get things done in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong public presentation skills is an asset
  • Ability to effectively partner and liaise with all levels of the business and develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with internal staff, and external contacts.
  • Driven, results-oriented and with a can-do attitude and constantly seeking to improve processes
  • Must be extremely proactive and work well in a collaborative environment, with the ability to take guidance but then move projects forward independently.
