Pacific Smoke International is Canada's largest and leading distributor of electronic vaporizers and award-winning e-liquids. Our goal in 2019 is to continue to expand the market share while maintaining top level customer satisfaction. We are seeking a International Account Manager to join our International Sales team.
As an International Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Pacific Smoke International largest and most complex customers. You are responsible to ensure successful implementations and to ensure that the customers serve as a positive reference.
  • Ensure that all parts of the account team have full awareness of the international account activities, both business and financial results, including regular tracking, formal reporting and updates to the Senior Manager
  • Manages international account portfolio which includes detailed business plans and prospecting ongoing pipeline of opportunities
  • Has an in-depth understanding of corporate priorities and account management goals and works with the team to implement strategic growth goals and objectives
  • Tracks and measures market information pertaining to customer, projects and competitor activities against goals and objectives of PSI
  • Develops and executes strategy for client communications with the international sales team and in collaboration with the Lead Partners through regular solicitation and updates
  • Manages the development and implementation of strategic account plans within assigned portfolio, supporting the oversight of all existing accounts assigned to industry verticals
    • Serves as the account advocate internally to direct resources and activities
    • Ability to travel 20-50% of the time pertaining to client/business development
    • Increase sales volume within each major account (across lines of business
    • Works with key stakeholders, partners and front-line sales to ensure superior service and support to locations for international accounts
  • 5 years’ experience minimum in customer-facing positions as a technical account manager, client manager
  • A University degree in business related field required
  • Professional background in Account Management, experience in marketing and communications and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong professional documentation skills and willingness to create professional documented deliverables for customers
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing client demands
  • Experience in working within demanding deadlines and budgets
  • Self-starter with the ability to think “out of the box” to secure incremental business opportunities
  • Bilingualism would be an asset
