Pacific Smoke International Inc. is committed to excellence in serving all employees and customers, including people with disabilities. We will strive to ensure that policies and procedures established with respect to the provisions of its goods and services to persons with disabilities are consistent with the principles of dignity, independence, integration, and equal opportunity as provided in the Accessibilities for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 ("AODA"). We will continue to attempt to meet the needs of all its customers, including but not limited to persons with disabilities, in an effective and timely manner.

Multi-year Accessibility objectives

Our multi-year accessibility plan outlines actions to remove barriers to accessibility and ensure compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). The following is a summary of our plan which is to be completed between 2024 and 2026.

 

2024 - 2026 Plan:

  • Continue to provide training for all existing and new employees in Ontario on the Customer Service Standard, Integrated Accessibility Standard (IAS), and the Ontario Human Rights Code.
  • Streamline resource offerings for accommodations, best practices, and training to continue identifying and removing barriers across the employment process.
  • Revise and improve the internal Accessibility Standards pertinent to local legislation.
  • Continue to monitor our digital platforms to establish web experiences that meet and exceed benchmark standards.
  • Provide training for all existing and new employees in Ontario on the Customer Service Standard, Integrated Accessibility Standard (IAS), and the Ontario Human Rights Code
  • Continue to foster inclusive meetings and events to empower internal engagement, and external accessibility.
  • Continue to leverage our existing feedback tools alias on accessibility recommendations and improvements.
