You received my payment, when does my order ship?
If your payment is received before 2pm E.S.T, Monday to Friday, your order will be shipped on the same day under normal circumstances.
What are the shipping services used by PSI?
We ship orders via UPS, FedEX, and Canpar.
What is the shipping cost?

• Free ground shipping is offered on all orders over $1000 CAD. For some locations, we offer free expedited and express delivery. Delivery time may vary depending on your location. For more information regarding delivery to your destination, please contact our customer service department at 1-855-968-8273.

• Shipping fees are only applied to orders that are less than CAD $1000.

What is the minimum order requirement?
There is a minimum order requirement of CAD $300 before tax.
Is there any MOQ?
Minimum Order Quantity requirements may vary from product to product. Please get in touch with our sales team for details.

How do we price the items at our stores?
We suggest our clients follow MSRP. For some product lines, we have a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP).
