What is Happening?

In 2021, over 20,000 Canadians made submissions to Health Canada against a proposed regulation that would remove all flavours (excluding Tobacco, Mint and Menthol) from the Canadian Market.

At the time, it was believed that this message from Canadian vapers was heard by Health Canada.

Since then, Mark Holland has taken over as the Minister of Health. Minister Holland’s stance is that adult vapers do not need flavoured products to quit smoking.

The team at Rights 4 Vapers think that Minister Holland is wrong.
