ABANDONMENT

If you change or deactivate your number, you agree to notify us of your new number so we can remove the old number.

OPTING OUT OF TEXT MESSAGES

If you no longer want to receive text messages, you may reply to any text message with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. As a person-to-person communication service, opt-out requests are specific to each conversation between you and one of our employees and their associated phone number. After unsubscribing, we may send you confirmation of your opt-out via text message.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. We shall attempt to, in good faith, settle amicably any dispute(s) or differences arising out of or in accordance with this Agreement. To the extent permittable by law, any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved shall be resolved by way of binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, by a mutually agreeable arbitrator. The losing Party shall be responsible for all costs of the arbitration.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction or an arbitrator to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect without being impaired or invalidated in any way. It is agreed to replace any such invalid provision with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the invalid provision.
